Custom and personalized orders

All custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALES. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.

Care instructions:
  • Candle Care Instructions:

    • Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent “tunneling"

    • Avoid burning for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time

    • Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended

    • Place candle on a stable surface away from flammable objects before lighting.
    • Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

 

  • Drinkware Instructions:
    • For glass or plastic drinkware
      • HANDWASH ONLY
      • Do not put in microwave
      • Do not put in dishwasher
      • Do not leave in extreme heat
    • For Stainless Steel drinkware
      • Wash as normal, drinkware is dishwasher & heat safe.

 

  • Apparel Instructions:
    • Turn garment inside out.
    • Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent.
    • Tumble dry on low heat OR let it air dry.
    • Iron inside out.
    • Store upright or folded neatly.
